Hello and Welcome! I hope to meet you in person in
the near future, but wanted to introduce myself to you and your family.
I'm Anne Winjum of 100% Realty, Inc. here on the Emerald Coast of Florida. Since
1997, I have been selling real estate in this area ~ Condos, Waterfront
Homes, Residential Land and Investment Properties of all sorts.
 I
grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, migrated to Boulder,
Colorado where I earned my law degree, and then decided
to become a broker-salesperson here in sunny Florida.
My husband, Brent, (also a Realtor), and I have two adorable
baby girls and we share an avid love of the Bay, the Gulf
and the Beach!
My philosophy in life is that we are all as happy as we
decide to be ~ a positive attitude combined with the Golden Rule can
make for a wonderful life. My philosophy in business is that expertise combined
with fairness, hard work and CARING provide my customers
with the right blend of professionalism AND personal attention.
My clientele covers the spectrum ~ from first time homebuyers
to sophisticated investors. The challenge of meeting each
customer's individual goals is the very challenge that makes my day
as exciting as it is diverse. My greatest sense of accomplishment
comes from a job well done, while my greatest source of new customers
come as referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers.
